Celebrating Traditional Boats

This gorgeous photo book packed with stunning images of traditional sailing and working craft will please anyone with even a passing interest in maritime culture. It covers 30 years of the classic boat movement, from the first Brest festival in 1992 with all the famous Tall Ships, the boats from around the world, and the large numbers of smaller working craft that had all but disappeared before some salty characters decided to preserve and rebuild them... not just for posterity in an increasingly plastic world, but also because these boats look beautiful and sail well.
